    After graduation, students and teachers may never cross paths again.

Other times, their lives may become joined like the interlocking logs of a cabin. Tippecanoe Valley building trades teacher Ken Murphy and 19 of his former students will come together Saturday to build a 20-foot by 24-foot building for Camp CO Mollenhour, Silver Lake. "They plan to have it completed in one day. It's going to be a kind of laboring, reunion day." Murphy, Camp C.O. Mollenhour president, said.

    Chris Schenkel, veteran ABC-TV sportscaster who lives at Tippecanoe Lake, paid a surprise visit to his former teacher, Lucille Kehler, as she was autographing her book "Back to Basics," at Cox Studio recently.

Mrs. Kehler had Schenkel as a student at his home town of Bippus, where she began her teaching career. He congratulated her on her book and they enjoyed the exchange of many memories and news of mutual friends.

    Ladies of the Knights, newly organized auxiliary to the Knights of Columbus, has 37 charter members from Warsaw, Silver Lake, Pierceton and Syracuse who meet one evening a month at the REMC building.

Officers of the group, recently installed by Rev. L.T. Reddington, are Mrs. Ray DeFabio, president; Mrs. Steve Dzuba, vice president; Mrs. Richard Galham, secretary, and Mrs. William Meyers, treasurer. Trustees are Mrs. Edward Rosswurm, Mrs. Donald Lichtfuss and Mrs. Lawrence Castaldi.

    A delightful chop suey supper was given by Mrs. Gael Munson and Mrs. F.C. Lynch at the former's home for 23 Presbyterian ladies. This was one of a series of entertainments, which the ladies are giving. The Munson home was beautifully decorated with fall flowers, and an enjoyable time was had by all.
