A decision by the Kosciusko County Commissioners recently rezoning a tract of land at the intersection of Fox Farm Road and U.S. 30 northwest of Warsaw clears the way for the expansion of Explorer Van. The company had earlier sought the rezoning from the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission so it could move across U.S. 30 and build a new, expanded facility. The plan commission turned down the request. However, after listening to pro and con arguments, the commissioners overturned the planning board. Approximately 50 new jobs are expected to be created when Explorer moves to its new plant.
