Mr. and Mrs. Edward Reed, Mentone, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Nicole Reed, to Patrick Timothy Allen. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Allen, DeLong.

The bride-to-be graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School in 2008. She works at Mentone Elementary School and Allen’s Country Market.

The groom-elect is a 2007 graduate of Grace Baptist Christian School and earned an associate’s degree in business administration and health science from Ancilla College in 2012.
