Dave and Sandy Reed, 8407 S. CR 425W, Silver Lake, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary March 27, 2010. Dave Reed and the former Sandy Evans were married March 27, 1970, at South Pleasant United Methodsit Church by the Rev. Charles French.

He works at Manchester Tool & Die. She works at Healthforce of Indiana and Frish Home Care.

The couple has two children, Scott (and spouse Kris) Reed, Claypool, and Stacey (and spouse Chris) McGowan, Warsaw; five grandchildren; and two step-grandchilden.
