WABASH - Rebecca "Becky" Fisher, 63, of North Manchester, died at 6:24 a.m. July 25, 2008, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

She was born May 18, 1945, in Wabash, to Bernard and Josephine Harvey Bowlby. On March 21, 1987, in Wabash, she married Max Fisher who survives.

She was the bookkeeper for Car Recyclers, North Manchester for 20 years, before retiring in 2007. She was a member of Faith Outreach Center in Rochester. She was a 1963 graduate of Wabash High School.

Also surviving are two daughters, Gretchen (and spouse Chad) Obanion, Marion; and Denitza Josephine Fisher, North Manchester; a step-son, Craig (and spouse Tammy) Fisher, Akron; a step daughter, Melissa (and spouse Don) Scott, Mentone; eight grandchildren, a sister, Sylvia Bowlby, Wabash; a mother-and-father-in-law, Ross and Velma Fisher, North Manchester.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave., Wabash, with Pastor Dan Mundt officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash.

Calling is 2 - 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
