Lauren Lee Ratz and Benjamin Pritchard Knoop were married Oct. 6, 2007, at Lumiere du Corps Resort, Lebanon, Ind., with Tom Roy, friend of the family, officiating. The bride is the daughter of Dan and Pamela Ratz, Fishers; the groom's parents are Gib and Jan Knoop, Claypool.

Maid of honor is Laura Schenkel, Indianapolis. Bridesmaids were Rachael Knoop, sister-in-law of the groom, New Palestine; Elizabeth Lichty, Philadelphia, Pa; Jennifer Kilcoyne, Richmond, Va.; Morgan Stanfill, Roanoke, Va.; Jana Revell, Carmel. Flower girl was Delaney Knoop, niece of the groom.

Best man was Sam Knoop, brother of the groom, New Palestine. Groomsmen were Alex Wood, Fishers; Craig Harman, Granville, Ohio; Jon Earhart, Corona del Mar, Calif.; Matt Earhart, Fort Wayne; and John Ratz, brother of the bride, Fishers. Ring bearer was Jacob Knoop, nephew of the groom.

A reception was held at Lumiere du Corps Resort.

The bride-to-be is employed as a legal assistant for Glaser & Ebbs, Attorneys at Law, Indianapolis. She is a 2001 graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School, Fishers. She received a bachelor's degree from Roanoke College, Virginia, in 2005.

The groom is employed as a project engineer for Ter Horst, Lamson, and Fisk Consulting Engineers, Indianapolis. He is a 1997 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Calvin College in 2001.

After a honeymoon in Florida and the Bahamas, the couple reside in Indianapolis.[[In-content Ad]]
