- 3:59 p.m. Tuesday – Rodolfo Leonel Guerra, 34, no address given, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 6:51 p.m. Tuesday – James Frankline Osborne, 37, of 120 N. West St., Burket, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement; possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and probation violation. Bond: $1,000.
- 7:25 p.m. Tuesday – Kerry Lee Morton, 42, of 116 EMS C19 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
- 8:39 p.m. Tuesday – Hailey Kay Templeton, 28, of 107 N. Morgan, Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 8:59 p.m. Tuesday – Douglas Allen Wise, 40, of 1823 N. Vicky Lane, Warsaw, arrested on a civil matter. Bond: $1,000.
- 12:19 a.m. today – Lindy Grace Dilley, 27, of 419 W. Perry St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 3:29 a.m. today – Issac Michael Hall, 31, of 226 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery and strangulation. Bond: $2,000.

Property Damage Accidents
- 7:57 a.m. Tuesday – U.S. 30W, 300 feet east of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Caitlyn J. Collins, 22, Columbia City; Tana R. Geier, 27, Fort Wayne. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
- 9:45 a.m. Tuesday – CR 75N, 150 feet east of CR 175E, Warsaw. Pickup hit utility pole. Driver: Blaine M. Elliott, 29, EMS B61 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
- 12:10 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 13N and CR 1000N, North Webster. Two-car pickup collision. Drivers: Scott Brobst, 19, Alexandria; Gerald J. Jazquay, 72, South Bend; Mark Hershberger, 23, Goshen. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
- 5:43 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and Center St., Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Heather Sizemore, 26, East U.S. 30E, Pierceton; Linda Rodriguez, 54, EMS R28 Lane, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
