- 8:23 a.m. Thursday – Jaimie Yoder, 40, Mishawaka, arrested for check deception. Bond: $425.
- 2:45 p.m. Thursday – Christa Strobel, 38, of 1326 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $10,000.
- 3:40 p.m. Thursday – James Ray Marsillett, 38, of 8983 E. CR 500W, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 5:02 p.m. Thursday – John Heckaman, 31, of 7745 Ind. 13W, North Webster, arrested for battery. Bond: $1,000.
- 5:55 p.m. Thursday – Troy Craig, 45, of 12573 Creek Bend Lane, Milford, arrested for false informing. Bond: $1,000.
- 6:36 p.m. Thursday – Sabrina Allen, 40, of 458 W. Main St., Nappanee, arrested for false informing. Bond: $1,000.
- 8:17 p.m. Thursday – Scott Snowberger, 45, of 3303 Inverness Point, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:27 a.m. Friday – Tara Prater, 26, of 425 S. Village St., Pierceton, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 2 a.m. Friday – Jeremy Maibe, 31, of 805 W. Park Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. No bond set.

Property Damage Accidents
- 7:13 a.m. Wednesday – 2535 U.S. 30E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shawn Williams, 28, Oldfather Street, Warsaw; Holly Liebach, 56, East CR 100N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 6:54 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of South Hand Avenue and West Center Street, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a bridge overpass. Driver: Larry Herschberger, 24, Arthur, Ill. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 10:25 a.m. Thursday – Provident Drive. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jerry Millington, 74, South CR 675W, Warsaw; Deborah Starbuck, 58, Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 4:57 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of South Detroit and East Market streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jaimie Albert, 22, South Union Street, Warsaw; Paul Dawson, 42, Ind. 15S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

Facing off against Northern Lakes Conference Champions Northridge for the second time this season, the Warsaw girls soccer team had its work cut out for them in order to win the match and advance to the 3A sectional championship game at Elkhart. After a masterclass of a defensive performance as well as a timely goal, the Lady Tigers advanced with a 1-0 win.

County Council Adopts 2025 Budget
Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
