- 11:30 a.m. Thursday - Robert Lawrence Day, 44, Lebanon, Tenn., arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $400,000.

- 2:33 p.m. Thursday - Caitlin Renee Herman, 19, of 72193 CR 133, Syracuse, arrested for conversion. Bond; $500.

- 2:38 p.m. Thursday - Eric Michael Maxson, 18, of 617 Widaman St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing marijuana. Bond: $15,000.

- 4:12 p.m. Thursday - James Henry Delacruz, 23, of 5742 Lake Shore Drive, Pierceton, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement and reckless driving. Bond: $2,000.

- 8:06 p.m. Thursday - Thomas Joseph Graf, 23, of 3100 E. Frontage Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended and possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

- 12:31 a.m. today - Ruben Rodriguez, 23, of 1823 Michael St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.
