n 7:15 a.m. Thursday – John D. Gohlke, 53, of 305 N. Main St., Syracuse, arrested for sexual battery. Bond: $2,000.
n 10:41 a.m. Thursday – Betty Jo Liptow, 61, of 5164 W. Corly Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear – Class D felony. Bond: $10,000.
n 12:54 p.m. Thursday – Chad A. Gottschalk, 45, of 853 Lydia Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.
n 1:24 p.m. Thursday – James Joseph Miller, 44, of 602 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for court. No bond set.

n 11:01 p.m. Thursday – Zachary Kyle Webster, 22, no address provided, arrested for auto theft – intent to deprive owner of entire vehicle. Bond: $2,000.
n 11:08 p.m. Thursday – Donald Eugene Fugate, 40, of 425 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 11:36 p.m. Thursday – Maximind Reyes, 34, of 803 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated per se. Bond: $550.

Rose-Mills, 59, West CR 100N, Warsaw. Injuries: Rose-Mills complained of neck pain and pain through left shoulder and across chest. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 4:30 p.m. Thursday – A Warsaw man reported a hit-skip accident in the 700 block of West Market Street. WPD.
n 9:50 p.m. Thursday – Police responded to a report of auto theft in the 1600 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
