 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 10:33 a.m. Tuesday – Kevin S. Brofford, 35, Akron, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:29 p.m. Tuesday – Mario Arturo Gonzalez, 24, of 704 South Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving with a suspended license with prior offense. Bond: $450.
• 1:23 p.m. Tuesday – Zackery Scott Brandt, 24, Columbia City, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set.
• 2:17 p.m. Tuesday – Dana Charles Likens, 27, of 3185 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving with a suspended license with prior offense. Bond: $450.
• 2:48 p.m. Tuesday – Thomas William Castell, 39, of 10368 N. Leeland Lane, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.
• 3:31 p.m. Tuesday – Jamar D. Beach, 28, Chicago, Ill., arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $10,250.
• 6:18 p.m. Tuesday – Brian Whitacre Bradley, 35, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:28 p.m. Tuesday – Jason Gene Lee, 40, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:11 a.m. today – Larry Gene Davis, 44, of 601 Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw, arrested for habitual traffic offender for life and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $20,000.

Personal Injury Accidents
• 3:17 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Ind. 25 and South 600W, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off road. Driver: Christopher M. Stevens, 21, of 3750 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Injuries: Stevens suffered minor bleeding of the head. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:01 a.m. Tuesday – South CR 400W, Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Lisa A. Hernandez, 37, Akron. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
• 10:21 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Provident and Medpark drives, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Gary G. Tenney, 63, South 700E, Pierceton; Tyson J. Niles, 33, North 800E, Syracuse. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
