n 2:49 .m. Tuesday - Samantha Ann Adkins, 30, of 110 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25.

n 6:19 p.m. Tuesday - Autumn S. Clase, 17, of 8379 W. CR 200N, Etna Green, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 11:09 p.m. Tuesday - Gloria Jane DeMoss, 52, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

n 11:12 p.m. Tuesday - Javier Hernandez, 44, of 623 Normandy Lane, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.

n 12:48 a.m. today - Rose Mary Rhamey, 46, of 305 E. Main St., Mentone, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 2:37 a.m. today - Christopher Allen Skinner, 22, of 2631 E. Pine Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

n 1:08 p.m. Sept. 22 - Intersection of CRs 250E and 1200N, Syracuse. Car skidded, lost control and rolled over. Driver: Lisa S. Sand, 48, Ridgeview Drive, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 5:35 p.m. Monday - CR 600S, 500 feet east of CR 200W, Claypool. Dog ran into car. Driver: Matt W. Rapp, 39, County Farm Road, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

n 12:17 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Dubois Drive and Provident Drive, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Driver: Thomas B. Tinkel, 72, Chapman Lake, Warsaw; Carol F. Coble, 71, Country Cove, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 3:19 p.m. Tuesday - 8441 E. Old 30, Pierceton. Car hit parked car registered to Nathan Myers, Mulberry Street, South Whitley. Driver: Madison N. King, Old 30, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

n 10:36 p.m. Tuesday - Jose Guadelupe Morua Pacheco, Old 30, Warsaw, reported damage to his vehicle. Damage: $300. WPD.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
