n 6:51 a.m. Tuesday - Maria Karina Marquez, 23, of 1914 Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,000.

n 7:19 a.m. Tuesday - Craig Matthew Brigs, 32, Henderson, Nev., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.

n 8:39 a.m. Tuesday - Caleb Levi Roatcap, 19, of 808 E. CR 400S, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $7,500.

n 2:24 p.m. Tuesday - Sergio Gutierrez, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 7:51 p.m. Tuesday - Danielle L. Trout, 25, of 3100 Frontage Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery, resisting/fleeing law enforcement and battery on law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.

n 11:33 p.m. Tuesday - Lara J. Popenoose, 33, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply and four counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,075.

n 1:01 a.m. today - Jennifer Sue Draskovitz, 44, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.

n 12:34 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and U.S. 30, Warsaw. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: Ben E. Wagner, 44, Boyer Lake Drive, Rochester; John A. Eich, 75, CR 850W, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 7:15 p.m. Monday - 2400 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Lori J. Miller, 49, Sunset Drive, Winona Lake; Constance S. Levitz, 50, Market Street, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
