- 7:01 a.m. Wednesday – Dustin Roase, 23, of 5429 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for battery, faiulure to appear, forgery and a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $9,800.
- 8:12 a.m. Wednesday – Michael Acker, 49, Goshen, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.
- 4:51 p.m. Wednesday – Stephen Hall, 64, of 2147 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for battery. $500.
- 8:51 p.m. Wednesday – Allen Kalabasa, 35, of 3110 N. Lakeridge Drive, Pierceton, arrested for possession of two or more chemical reagents with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Bond:  $2,000.
- 11:40 p.m. Wednesday – Shandi Taylor, 23, of 411 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. Bond: $2,000.
- 12:40 a.m. Thursday – Tara Miller, 28, of 5443 E. Brown Road, Leesburg, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
- 6:04 a.m. Thursday – Edgar Deleon Reyes, 21, of 17 Henderson Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a valid license. Bond: $350.
- 6:50 a.m. Thursday – Kip Allen, 44, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 10:34 a.m. Thursday – Pedro Rayo-Zagal, 25, Elkhart, arrestd for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 2:44 p.m. Thursday – Rex Westerman, 41, of 830 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,300.
- 3:30 p.m. Thursday – Scotty Avery, 27, of 46 Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested for theft, fraud and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $2,000.
- 3:41 p.m. Thursday – Michael Heintzelman, 38, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
- 4:58 p.m. Thursday – Miguel Castro,  19, of 692 E. Barrington Place, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $2,000.
- 7:17 p.m. Thursday – Billy Bryant, 36, of 2595 E. Oak Lane, Warsaw, arrested for habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.
- 7:19 p.m. Thursday – Cody Dininger, 32, of 316 S. Washington Street, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 11:17 p.m. Thursday – Benjamin Stogsdill, 25, of 210 S. Main St., Etna Green, arrested for burglary and failure to appear. Bond: $10,750.

- 10:35 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 150W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shandi Taylor, 23, North Parker Street, Warsaw; Erick Sawyer, 19, Clinic Court, Warsaw. Injuries: Sawyer complaion of lower leg pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

-  2:31 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 100 S. and 550W, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. DriverL Caleb Howell, 23, Ind. 14E, Rochester. Damage: $2,500 - $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 12:51 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CR 300 N. and Sheldon Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Abhishika Patehpuria, 31, Barrington Place, Warsaw; Dane Harmon, 43, of West CR 550N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000.

Facing off against Northern Lakes Conference Champions Northridge for the second time this season, the Warsaw girls soccer team had its work cut out for them in order to win the match and advance to the 3A sectional championship game at Elkhart. After a masterclass of a defensive performance as well as a timely goal, the Lady Tigers advanced with a 1-0 win.

County Council Adopts 2025 Budget
Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
