County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 7:01 a.m. Wednesday – Dustin Roase, 23, of 5429 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for battery, failure to appear, forgery and a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $9,800.
- 8:12 a.m. Wednesday – Michael Acker, 49, Goshen, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.
- 4:51 p.m. Wednesday – Stephen Hall, 64, of 2147 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for battery. $500.
- 8:51 p.m. Wednesday – Allen Kalabasa, 35, of 3110 N. Lakeridge Drive, Pierceton, arrested for possession of two or more chemical reagents with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Bond:  $2,000.
- 11:40 p.m. Wednesday – Shandi Taylor, 23, of 411 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. Bond: $2,000.
- 12:40 a.m. Thursday – Tara Miller, 28, of 5443 E. Brown Road, Leesburg, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
- 6:04 a.m. Thursday – Edgar Deleon Reyes, 21, of 17 Henderson Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a valid license. Bond: $350.
- 6:50 a.m. Thursday – Kip Allen, 44, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 10:35 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 150W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shandi Taylor, 23, North Parker Street, Warsaw; Erick Sawyer, 19, Clinic Court, Warsaw. Injuries: Sawyer complained of lower leg pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
-  2:31 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 100S and 550W, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Caleb Howell, 23, Ind. 14E, Rochester. Damage: $2,500 - $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 12:51 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CR 300 N. and Sheldon Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Abhishika Patehpuria, 31, Barrington Place, Warsaw; Dane Harmon, 43, of West CR 550N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000.
- 11:13 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Center Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Billie Luna, 29, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Wayne Hogenson, 44, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

- 7:05 a.m. Wednesday – A person reported a natural death in the 8100 block of South Packerton Road, Claypool. KCSD.
