n 5:15 a.m. Tuesday – Diego Estuardo Morales, 21, of 1692 E. CR 200N, No. 54, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $25,000.
n 11:04 a.m. Tuesday – Enrique Nunez Perez, 21, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, No. 155, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and operator never licensed. Bond: $450.
n 2:03 p.m. Tuesday – Kevin Wayne Choate, 44, Smyrna, Tenn., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
n 2:36 p.m. Tuesday – Logan Michael Phillips, 20, of 13528 N. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
n 6:44 p.m. Tuesday – Abigail Elizibeth Bright, 22, of 10665 N. CR 900W, Nappanee, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 7:56 p.m. Tuesday – Michael Anthony Lewis, 23, of 5153 W. Corly Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 9:56 p.m. Tuesday – Christopher Paul Martin, 41, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, No. 169, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. No bond set.

n 4:47 a.m. Tuesday – North Ind. 13, 500 feet south of East Old 30, Pierceton. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: David M. Manuszak, 25, East CR 125S, Pierceton. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 4:53 p.m. Tuesday – 225 Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Driver lost control of vehicle and struck light pole. Driver: Nicolasa Marquez, 45, Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 5:03 p.m. Tuesday – East Center Street, 100 feet west of South Taft Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Bryan D. Hunter, 30, Springfield, Mo.; Zackary M. Jones, 19, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

n 6:56 p.m. Tuesday – A Claypool woman reported theft from her garage in the 9800 block of South Pelican Way. KCSD.
