- 7:56 p.m. Friday – Juan Guitierrez, 29, of 12543 E. CR 300S, Akron, arrested for possession of two or more chemical reagents. Bond: $5,000.
- 8:10 p.m. Friday – William Puchik, 31, of 3867 Ind. 15N, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 11:26 p.m. Friday – Jimmy Lisenbee, 53, of 505 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and domestic battery. Bond: $40,000.
- 12:14 a.m. Saturday – Robert Flowers, 32, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 12:45 a.m. Saturday – Casey Chessor, 18, of 400 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
- 2:29 a.m. Saturday – Rana Brubaker, 48, of 3759 S. Viking Drive, Mentone, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 3:03 a.m. Saturday – James Miller, 43, of 602 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $500.
- 3:05 a.m. Saturday – Gage Rush, 18, of 9271 E.  Snow White Road, Cromwell, arrested for burglary. Bond: $500.
- 4:56 p.m. Saturday – Rodney Labby, 48, Millaknocket, Maine, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 9:11 p.m. Saturday – Madeline Islas, 41, of 711 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for habitual traffic violation. Bond: $5,000.
- 2 a.m. Sunday – Zachary White, 20, of 209 E. Baltimore Street, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear, failure to return to the scene of an accident and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.
- 10:12 p.m. Saturday – Jaime Aleman, 34, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 10:13 p.m. Sunday – Raleen Hyde, 26, of 3521 Lake City Highway, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 6:29 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East Smith Street and Hillside Drive, Waraw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Madeline Islas, 41, East Smith Street, Warsaw; Gary Konkle, 38, East CR 225S, Winona Lake. Injuries: Konkle complained of knee pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 9:40 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East Market and South Hickory streets, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a rail car. Driver: Zachary White, 20, East Baltimore Street, Syracuse. Injuries: Amy Eskridge, 27, East Baltimore Street, Syracuse, a passenger in White’s vehicle, complained of arm pain; James Salyer, 34, North Huntington Street, Syracuse, a passenger in White’s vehicle, complained of face pain. Damge: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.

Property Damage Accidents
- 8:03 a.m. Friday – 205 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford. Eric Leedy, 34, Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, struck a vehicle registerd to Eric Leedy, South Turkey Creek Drive, Milford. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 9:42 a.m. Friday – Intersection of Anchorage Road and Sunset Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Marie Glant, 93, Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake; Raymond Alny, 32, Wooster Road, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
- 3:13 p.m. Friday -  315 N. Detroit Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kylee Brown, 20, East Brookfield Circle, Warsaw; Donna Wolfe, 39, Hilltop Circle, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000 to  $2,500. WPD.  
- 4 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Walton Boulevard and Jaylynn Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sasha Bolen, 19, East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake; Ginger Rhamey, 30, North Tippecanoe Shores, Tippecanoe. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.  
- 5:05 p.m. Friday – Intersection of East Center and North Reed streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Paul Elvidge, 18, North Lindsay Street, Claypool; Cassandra Wilson, 30, North CR 875W, Etna Green. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

- 12:30 a.m. Saturday – Intesection of CRs 700 N. and 400N, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a culvert. Driver: Rana Brubaker, 48, South Viking Lane, Mentone. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
