 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 8:01 p.m. Wednesday – Pamela Cretcher, 53, of 1639 Ind. 10, Bourbon, arrested for another agency. No bond set.
- 9:35 p.m. Wednesday – Angela Adams, 35, of 7227 N. Syracuse Webster Road, North Webster, arrested for possession of salvia or synthetic cannabinoid, driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.
- 10:36 p.m. Wednesday – Christopher Booth, 32, of 9116 N. Koher Road, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
- 12:34 a.m. Thursday – Rodney Labby, 48, Millknocket, Maine, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 3:48 p.m. Thursday – Edward Cole, 33, Indianapolis, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
- 9:15 p.m. Thursday – Ann Castle, 28, of 3122 W. Porter Street, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $505.
- 10:03 p.m. Thursday – Benjamin McCollough, 37, of 7896 W. Lovetts Court, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. Bond: $550.
- 1:16 a.m. Friday – Carl Ledford, 33, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 2:05 a.m. Friday – Samuel Vanlaningham, 26, of 417 Madusa St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

Property Damage Accidents
-  5:22 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of East Winona and South Maple avenues, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jack Vollkers, 65, Fairlane Drive, Warsaw; Lindsay Cassidy, 26, Mineral Springs Avenue, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 5;45 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of East Center and North Lincoln streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Trey Burbank, 19, South County Farm Road, Silver Lake; Heather Creekmore, 36, P.O. Box 238, Claypool. Damage: less than $1,000. WPD.
- 6:45 p.m. Thursday – Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Debbie McDonald, 55, North Zimmer Road, Warsaw, struck a vehicle registered to Sarah McSherry, EMS C 29 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
