n 2:57 p.m. Thursday – Jacob Bale Hamilton, 24, of 134 E. South St., Milford, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter and for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,500.
n 3:57 p.m. Thursday – Skyler Matthew Mattingly, 23, of 2441 W. CR 250S, No. 70, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set.

n 9:03 p.m. Thursday – Dakotah Cephus Shepherd, 21, of 719 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $500.
n 9:51 p.m. Thursday – Colton Lee Huff, 19, of 2843 N. Lakeview Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
n 11:34 p.m. Thursday – Nicole Dawn Bolesky – 18, of 719 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor on the highway. Bond: $300.

Facing off against Northern Lakes Conference Champions Northridge for the second time this season, the Warsaw girls soccer team had its work cut out for them in order to win the match and advance to the 3A sectional championship game at Elkhart. After a masterclass of a defensive performance as well as a timely goal, the Lady Tigers advanced with a 1-0 win.

BURKET – A concern about a property owner burning a shed was brought up during the Burket Town Council meeting Thursday.

County Council Adopts 2025 Budget
Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
