County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 5:06 p.m. Monday – Bradley Wine, 28, of 90 EMS W17 Lane, North Webster, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 10:11 p.m. Monday – Richard Anderson, 54, of 138 N. First St., Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

Personal Injury Accident
- 9:04 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 900N, Milford. Two-vehicle collision. Driver: Darrell Drudge, 69, North Beechwood Street, Warsaw; Kelly Jarrett, 46, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Jarrett complained of back pain; Drudge complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 11:05 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of Ind. 13N and CR 500N, North Webster. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Bradley Brown, 37, North TK Way, North Webster; Billy Smith, 48, South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 10:48 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and CR 250E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Edward Hundley, 69, EMS C 19 Lane, Warsaw; Patricia Jacobs, 55, Fortina Drive, Rochester. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department Investigated.

- 9 a.m. Thursday – A person reported a burglary at EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg. KCSD.
- 8 p.m. Friday – A person reported a runaway in the 9100 block of Cinderella Drive, Cromwell. KCSD.
- 11:03 a.m. Monday – A person reported a natural death in the 300 block of North Buffalo Street,  Warsaw. WPD.
