n 12:31 p.m. Thursday - Mickey Charles O'Neill, 48, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 1:43 p.m. Thursday - James Douglas Cable, 37, of 730 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. Bond: $2,000.

n 6:34 p.m. Thursday - Sonya Lynn Fick, 37, of 36 EMS B60 Lane, warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

n 7:37 p.m. Thursday - Richard David Gaylord, 48, of Columbia City, arrested for a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $200.

n 8:07 p.m. Thursday - John Wayne Slone, 53, of 324 N. Grant St., Warsaw, arrested for theft-shoplifting and public intoxication. Bond: $2,000.

n 8:36 p.m. Thursday - Melissa Ann McGinnis, aka Melissa Ann Little, of 212 W. Poplar St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 1:12 a.m. today - Gregory Allen Bussard, 51, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

n 2:51 a.m. today - Sara Rosemary Vickery, 26, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
