The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 11:49 a.m. Wednesday – Aubrey Ann Coy, 32, of 4865 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $1,000.
- 4:25 a.m. Thursday – Roberto Cervantes, 45, of 504 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 7:23 a.m. Thursday – April Ware, 36, of 3553 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 10:23 a.m. Thursday – Rex Allan Howard Jr., 30, of Goshen, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $414.50.
- 10:41 a.m. Thursday – Scott A. Coverstone, 48, of 3720 N. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
- 5:03 p.m. Thursday – Marvin Lee Farmer, 31, of 3908 N. Southwinds Trail, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 5:14 p.m. Thursday – Johnathan Roger Heckaman, 30, of 7745 N. Ind. 13, North Webster, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 6:49 p.m. Thursday – Kimberly Renee Johnston, 41, of 9568 N. Miami Lane, Cromwell, arrested on an outstanding warrant, possession of marijuana and filing a false police report. Bond: $1,650.
- 8:30 p.m. Thursday – William Gregory Thomas, 18, of 27 Pequignot Drive, Pierceton, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
- 9:15 p.m. Thursday – Sherri Ann Morton, 43, of 5821 N. 1st St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 9:35 p.m. Thursday – Elijah Lavon Patrick, 32, of 4113 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond set.
- 1:13 a.m. today – Joshua Evan Hall, 30, of 1318 St. Marys Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:54 a.m. today – Laila Mariah Hepburn, 20, of 3529 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 3:17 a.m. today – Thomas Glenn Hursey, 24, of 3891 W. Hill Lake Road, Claypool, arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $550.

Property Damage Accidents
- 6:16 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Franklin and Main streets, Mentone. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kammie Douglas, 33, of Fortville; Angelita Sibert, 36, of Rochester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

- Tuesday – A Claypool woman reported a .22-caliber handgun stolen from her home in the 9300 block of Ivan Lane. KCSD.
