n 8:02 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Aaron Whitaker, 27, of 508 Summit St., Nappanee, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $515.
n 2:45 a.m. today - Ochieaunna Marie Maxwell, 20, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
