n 1:23 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel D. Bender Jr., 27, of 938 N. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

n 1:44 p.m. Tuesday - Kira Sue Kopplin, 40, of 322 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

n 1:55 p.m. Tuesday - Joshua Bruce Obacz, 31, of 824 E. CR 1250N, Milford, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $1,900.

n 4:15 p.m. Tuesday - Melvin Eugene Keplinger, 25, of 1120 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

n 6:24 p.m. Tuesday - Tommy Lee Shepherd, 40, of 3373 S. Ind. 19, Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $5,000.

n 7:45 p.m. Tuesday - Bradley Martin Wine, 25, of 90 EMS W17 Lane, North Webster, arrested for two counts of failure to appear and probation violation. Bond: $500.

n 6:28 a.m. Saturday - Packerton Road, 1,000 feet north of CR 1200S, SIlver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Jeanne A. Thomas, 49, Hillcrest Drive, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 3:12 p.m. Tuesday - Center Street, 370 feet west of Market Street, Warsaw. Truck-car collision. Drivers: Ricky Kerns, 25, Fort Wayne; Hector Loyola Jr., 18, Sycamore Road, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 3:47 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Park Avenue and Winona Avenue, Warsaw. School bus hit fire hydrant. Driver: Vivian L. Eidemiller, 67, Biscayne Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

n 9:47 a.m. Thursday - David A. Harrison, EMS W31A Lane, North Webster, reported the theft of nine guns, a jewelry box, a man's diamond ring, an unemployment debit card and three weapon cleaning kits from his residence. KCSD.

n 7:43 p.m. Thursday - Angel Smith, CR 250S, Warsaw, reported her son was bitten in the eye by a pit bull dog. KCSD.

n 11:35 a.m. Friday - Earl Thompson, CR 600S, Claypool, reported the theft of 20 gallons of gasoline, an extension cord and a trouble cord with a light from an outbuilding at his residence. KCSD.

n 11 p.m. Friday - Karlie S. Robles, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of five cellular telephones, wedding rings, a camera, shoes, a wallet, a gold watch, clothes, several pairs of sunglasses and a portable DVD player from her residence. KCSD.
