 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 11:04 a.m. Thursday – Robert Boatright, 22, of 211 N. Main St., Milford, arrested for conversion. Bond: $1,000.
- 11:12 a.m. Thursday – Tiffany Leach, 23, Goshen, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,000.
- 12:06 p.m. Thursday – Matthew Miller, 26, of 8672 S. CR 600W, Claypool, arrested for habitual traffic violation. Bond: $5,000.
- 2:37 p.m. Thursday – Alyssa Lowe, 32, of 222 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 10:03 p.m. Thursday – Curtis Collins, 35, of 5838 S. Monroe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000.

Property Damage Accidents
- 11:41 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 13N and East South Barbee Road, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a dog. Driver: Donna Runkle, 65, Warren. Damage: less than $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 12:53 p.m. Monday – Intersection of North Broadway and East Main streets, Mentone. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Lois Miller, 80, Millers Drive, Mentone; Dixie Seacrist, 71, South 1000W, Mentone. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 2:42 p.m. Monday – 2557 U.S. 30, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a building. Driver: Steven Hunsberger, 62, Ind. 19N, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.  
- 7:50 p.m. Monday – Intersection of E. McClintic Road and CR 800 E., Syracuse. One vehicle ran off the road. Driver: Maria Sutton, 26, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
- 7:18 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and 900 E., Pierceton. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Taylor Zwick, 17, East 150 S., Pierceton; Kraig Morris, 43, Columbia City. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
- 7:02 p.m. Wednesday – Ind. 15N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: David Belcher, 32, North CR 100E, Warsaw; Rachel Reed, 22, 7th Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 7:56 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of South Buffalo Street and Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Karen Shungledecker, 55, East CR 75N, Warsaw; Ayla Burish, 18, Sara Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
