 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 9:11 a.m. Thursday – Kendall Jo Kerlin, 29, of 2037 Dausha Court, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a schedule I through IV controlled substance. No bond set.
n 2 p.m. Thursday – Payton Wayne Baker, 19, of 303 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
n 4:24 p.m. Thursday – Benjamin Ryan Stogsdill, 27, of 521 N. Colfax St., D, Warsaw, arrested for auto theft. No bond set.
n 6:52 p.m. Thursday – Marlis Eli Mason, 56, of 314 N. Buffalo St. 1/2, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $500.
n 10:26 p.m. Thursday – Nathan Nicholas York, 18, of 4155 N. Espan Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft and forgery. Bond: $2,000.
n 11:13 p.m. Thursday – Christopher Ray Tressler, 29, Definance, Ohio, arrested for auto theft. No bond set.
n 11:13 a.m. Thursday – Shaun Richard Jones, 32, Argyle, Texas, arrested for nonsupport of a dependant. Bond: $12,000.

n 5:23 a.m. Thursday – East Adams Road, 1,000 feet north of EMS R3E Lane, Warsaw. Driver struck tree in roadway. Driver: Stephanie A. Stratton, 28, EMS R4B1 Lane, Pierceton. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

n 3:47 p.m. Thursday – A Warsaw man reported his television remote stolen in the 400 block of North Park Avenue. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 5:46 p.m. Thursday – A Warsaw man reported his license plate stolen in the 200 block of North Cook Street. WPD.
