- 5:58 a.m. Tuesday - Waylon W. Lockhart, 22, of 22 EMS W 23 Lane, North Webster, arrested for theft and four counts of check deception. Bond: $2,975.

- 7:11 a.m. Tuesday - Cosme Xique, 21, of 321 N. Union St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $350.

- 8:36 a.m. Tuesday - Hans Derek Grepke, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 1:42 p.m. Tuesday - Aaron Michael Rhodes, 24, of 101 Warner Drive, Claypool, arrested on two counts of forgery and two counts of theft. Bond: $6,000.

- 3:39 p.m. Tuesday - Eloisa Rico, 33, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25.

- 4:13 p.m. Tuesday - Jonathon Noah Dilley, 29, of 3030 Frontage Road, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $2,200.

- 7:18 p.m. Tuesday - Johnny Lee Shepherd, 25, of 6756 E. Old 30, Pierceton, arrested for ephedrine restriction and on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $1,000.

- 8:16 p.m. Tuesday - Rodney Gillman Labby, 43, of 5898 S. Maple Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 11:17 p.m. Tuesday - Rose Ellen Long, 46, of 30 EMS C28 E1 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 5:08 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 25 and Indiana Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Viona J. Brown, 71, East 9th Street, North Manchester; Ruban Wilson III, 28, North Morgan Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

- 7:23 p.m. Tuesday - Ind. 19N, 1,200 feet east of CR 1350N, Nappanee. Car hit deer. Driver: Kari A. Henwood, 38, North CR 500E, Syracuse. Damage: Less than $750.
