County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 11:28 a.m. Monday – Sasha Foyle, 37, of 5 EMS D6 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 12:27 p.m. Monday – Miguel Peredia, 21, Elkhart, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $375.
- 2:27 p.m. Monday – Ethan Jessie, 22, no address available, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $300.
- 5:18 p.m. Monday – Sean Rhodes, 26, of 110 Union Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond; $2,000.
- 5:41 p.m. Monday – Howard Southall, 50, of 426 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for sexual battery and child solicitation. Bond: $2,000.
- 8 p.m. Monday – Charles Lewallen, 77, of 9814 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $2,000.
- 10:17 p.m. Monday – James Carpenter, 24, Gaston, Ala., arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. Bond: $10,000.

Personal Injury Accident
- 7:08 a.m. Monday – Intersection of North Harrison and Sally streets, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: Rebecca Engstrand, 33, East CR 500N, Leesburg. Injuries: Engstrand complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accident
- 10:54 a.m. Monday – Intersection of West Prairie and South Buffalo streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Robert Bass, 45, West Prairie Street, Warsaw; Julie Frisbie, 37, Lydia Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

- 4:05 p.m. Monday – A person reported theft in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
