n 9:30 a.m. Thursday - Earvin Lee Taylor, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

n 11:54 a.m. Thursday - Tasha Marie Parker, 26, of 411 W. Section St., Milford, arrested for check deception. Bond: $225.

n 4:32 p.m. Thursday - Stephen A. DeGroff, 21, of 2123 S. Paxton Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft-shoplifting. Bond: $350.

n 4:37 p.m. Thursday - Jerod Michael Arnold, 20, Rockport, Texas, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $350.

n 7:56 p.m. Thursday - Timothy Raymond Zick, 24, Plymouth, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,500.

n 12:30 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Detroit Street and US 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Edward Owens, 74, CR 300E, Claypool; Katherine E. Melton, 63, South Street, Atwood. Injuries: Owens complained of chest pain. Melton complained of neck pain, and a passenger in her vehicle, Helen Wise, 85, Hill Lake Drive, Claypool, complained of chest pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 6:08 p.m. Monday - Intersection of CRs 300E and 700N, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Gregory Tidwell, 21, Sue Avenue, Warsaw; Edward S. Smith, 58, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 4:33 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Field Lane and CR 1000S, Mentone. SUV hit a piece of concrete and iron post. Driver: Lindsay Cox, 18, Seward Drive, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

n 4:45 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Lincoln and Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Tara M. Carter, 33, Lincoln Street, Warsaw; Elinor P. Eddy. 63, South Bend. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
