n 7:43 p.m. Tuesday - Robert Anthony Germaine, aka Kevin, 36, of Cincinnati, arrested for theft-soplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 9:29 p.m. Tuesday - Joseph Michael DeGroff, 27, of 524 Meadowview Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana and dealing marijuana. Bond: $7,500.

n 9:36 p.m. Tuesday - Stacey Ann Johns, 22, Marion, arrested for dealing marijuana. Bond: $7,500.

n 11:40 p.m. Tuesday - Jakoub Arthur Stanley, 20, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

n 1 a.m. today - Gary Willim Golday, 43, of 526 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.

n 1:44 a.m. today - Franklin Lloyd Seeley II, 37, of 122 South St., Burket, arrested for two counts of burglary. Bond: $100,000.
