n 2:22 p.m. Thursday - Joshua Paul Gallaher, 26, Royal Center, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

n 5:39 p.m. Thursday - John Lawrance Aguilar, 43, of 3420 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

n 5:44 p.m. Thursday - Ken Edward Aguilar, 46, of 3240 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond: $455.

n 10:30 p.m. Thursday - Scott Allen Corpe, 43, Osceola, arrested for theft-shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 5:14 a.m. Thursday - CR 800N, 1,200 feet west of CR 620E, North Webster. Pickup hit utility pole. Driver: Timothy G. Rodgerson, 31, CR 800N, North Webster. Injury: Rodgerson suffered bruaising to his back. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 7:57 a.m. Thursday - Ind. 13S, 2,000 feet south of CR 600S, Warsaw. Car went down embankment and hit culvert. Driver: Kyle L. Sharp, Laketon. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

n 8:38 p.m. Thursday - 504 N. Bay Drive, Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Caleb Chalk, Robin Road, North Manchester. Driver: Stephanie M. Compson, 27, William Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

n 11:10 p.m. Thursday - Lake Street, 100 feet east of Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Wesley J. Hodges, 22, Tippecanoe; Rick Groves, 47, School Street, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
