County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 11:03 a.m. Thursday – Barry A. Coy, 55, Battle Creek, Mich., arrested for theft of less than $100,000 in value and exploitation of an endangered adult more than 60 years old. Bond: $53,000.
n 11:54 a.m. Thursday – Brittany R. Powell, 22, of 401 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 12:44 p.m. Thursday – Leonard Williams, 48, Bunkerhill, arrested for court. No bond set.
n 2:12 p.m. Thursday – Troy Douglas Howard, 45, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for nonsupport of a dependant child in an amount exceeding $10,000; failure to appear – original  charge felony; three counts of failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor; and driving while suspended. Bond: $27,500.
n 3:38 p.m. Thursday – Patrick W. Shaw, 63, of 10453 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $500.
n 7:48 p.m. Thursday – Joseph A. Sturgill, 31, of 221 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of child solicitation – subject less than 14 years old and for disseminating matter harmful to minors. Bond: $2,000.
n 10:26 p.m. Thursday – Sandra Lee Ong, 18, of 517 N. Hickory St., North Webster, arrested for theft of less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 1:56 a.m. Friday – Tanner Lee Leonard, 21, of 315 N. Tamarack St., Warsaw, arrested for theft of less than $100,000 in value. No bond set.

n 4:14 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of South Roosevelt Street and East Market Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kati E. Baker, 20, Warsaw; Wei J. Feng, 50, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 7:12 a.m. Thursday – Police received a false report of a vehicle being stolen and involved in an accident. WPD.
n 7:45 a.m. Thursday – A Warsaw woman reported battery. WPD.
n 11:33 a.m. Thursday – A Grace Village employee reported the business receiving harassing phone calls. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
n 6:54 p.m. Thursday – A Milford man reported being the victim of fraud. Milford Police Department investigated.
n 9:18 p.m. Thursday – A Marsh Supermarket employee reported shoplifting. WPD.
