- 9:27 a.m. Wednesday - Brandon J. Chilcutt, 18, of 72440 CR 29, Syracuse, arrested for conversion. Bond: $1,000.

- 11:04 a.m. Wednesday - Myhanh Thi Montgomery, 21, of 305 W. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

- 2:35 p.m. Wednesday - Nicholas Eugene Ruch, 26, Kimmell, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 4:01 p.m. Wednesday - Matthew Robert Manuel, 28, of 415 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,000.

- 7:51 p.m. Wednesday - Alando Lee Smith, 36, of 1010 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for check deception, failure to comply, illegal drug lab and criminal recklessness with a firearm. No bond set.

- 9:30 p.m. Wednesday - Darryle Terrence Paulhill, 44, of 201 E. Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

- 5:30 a.m. today - Jeremy Garrett Cochran, 19, Bainbridge, Ga., arrested for possession of paraphernalia, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and disorderly conduct. No bond set.
