n 11:27 a.m. Tuesday – Amanda P. Prater, 27, of 104 Peach Tree Lane, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
n 12:15 p.m. Tuesday – Rhonda Camacho, 52, of 201 N. Front St., Syracuse, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,000.
n 1:04 p.m. Tuesday – Clifton Valentinus Holiday, 26, of 205 S. Harrison St., Atwood, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $1,000.
n 1:40 p.m. Thursday – Tanner Lee Leonard, 21, of 315 N. Tamarack St., Warsaw, arrested for theft under $100,000 and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.
n 3:27 p.m. Tuesday – Latasha Lyne Roush, 23, of 3078 Center St., Tippecanoe, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
n 4:54 p.m. Thursday – Justin Thomas Lower, 28, of 318 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for battery by means of strangulation. Bond: $1,500.
n 5:44 p.m. Tuesday – Raul T. Tiscareno, 45, of 9772 E. Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

n 2:48 a.m. today – Lake City Highway, 1,200 feet west of Parker Street, Warsaw. Car ran off road. Driver: Jeffery M. Staton, 23, Columbia City. Injuries: Staton reported bleeding to the head. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 6:16 a.m. Tuesday – CR 500E, 1,000 feet south of East Pierceton Road, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Roger D. Craft, 49, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
n 6:36 a.m. Tuesday – CR 900S, 2,500 feet east of CR 700E, Pierceton, Car hit deer. Driver: Cherity J. Prater, 38, South Whitley. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
n 9:35 a.m. Tuesday – Ind. 15, 1,200 feet north of CR 900N, Milford. Motorcycle went off road. Driver: Matthew S. Ogan, 39, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

n 9:16 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw man reported a stolen scooter. WPD.
n 2:07 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw woman reported being the victim of intimidation. WPD.
