n 11:54 a.m. Monday – Richard Dean Hyde, 42, of 1829 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. Bond: $2,000.
n 3:04 p.m. Monday – Brandon Michael Hurley, 20, of 411 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $1,000.
n 8:44 a.m. Tuesday – Matthew David Brace, 22, of 152 1/2 W. Market St., Nappanee, arrested on two counts of dealing a Schedule IV controlled substance. No bond set.
n 8:57 a.m. Tuesday – Austin James Grindle, 19, of 3308 N. Knollwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. No bond set.
n 11:35 a.m. Tuesday – William B. Howard, 44, of 59 Orchard Drive, No. 4, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement and public intoxication. Bond: $1,000.
n 12:17 p.m. Tuesday – Gary Lee Miller, 58, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $35,000.
n 6:26 p.m. Tuesday – Scott Michael Dingess, 28, of 303 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
n 9:36 p.m. Tuesday – Gustin Tackett, 18, of 6646 W. Grimme Lane, Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 5:10 p.m. Tuesday – North Detroit Street, 200 feet north of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Taylor A. Berelsman, 18, East Wildwood Drive, Warsaw; Sabas G. Valencia, 18, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
