n 2:13 p.m. Tuesday - Terry Lee Walesiewicz, 37, Plymouth, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $8,000.
n 2:47 p.m. Tuesday - David Castillejo, 28, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
n 4:04 p.m. Tuesday - Miguel Malagon, 38, of 322 Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.
n 7:29 p.m. Tuesday - Brandon Matthew Hurd, 37, of 1624 Capman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
