- 5:57 p.m. Thursday - Roberta Elaine Graddy, 39, of 403 E. Palm Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.

- 7:54 p.m. Thursday - Phil Youn Suh, 22, Evanston, Ill., arrested for public intoxication, public indecency and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

- 9:23 p.m. Thursday - Nicole Lynn Graber, 30, of 475 S. Robinson Lake Road, Pierceton, arrested for ephedrine restriction. No bond set.

- 9:58 p.m. Thursday - Melvin Santana, 24, aka Mario Rivera and Melvin Slone, of 2169 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested on five counts of failure to appear. Bond: $12,850.

- 10:05 p.m. Thursday - Jeremy Edwin Beer, 29, aka Jeremy Carpenter, of 216 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.

- 10:27 p.m. Thursday - Billy Eugene McNeeley, 54, of 3190 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for sexual misconduct. Bond: $50,000.

- 10:32 p.m. Thursday - Jeremy Dillon Ramstead, 19, of 9682 S. Bee Hive Court, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear and possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $850.

- 11:02 p.m. Thursday - Merlin Steve Minns, 44, Elkhart, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 12:39 a.m. today - Jaime Rivera, 34, of 4930 N. Old 15, Lot 9, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 3:50 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of CRs 250N and 100E, Warsaw. Pickup hit an embankment. Driver: Terry R. Gerke, 25, McKenna Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 5:50 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Meadowlark Boulevard and Lake Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Shaun L. Carpenter, 36, Oriole Drive, Warsaw; Chris A. Hosteter, 46, Carpenter Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

- 10:30 a.m. Aug. 23 - Angie Hoover, North Kern Road, Syracuse, reported the theft of a stereo face plate from her vehicle. Value: $113. KCSD.

- 1:28 p.m. Tuesday - A Warsaw woman reported being harassed. KCSD.

- 6:42 p.m. Thursday - Dawn Marie Nero, Clark Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of her purse. Value: $174. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
