County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 8:41 a.m. Tuesday – Tyrone James, 31, of 1008 N. Turkey Creek Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
- 9:29 a.m. Tuesday – Jennifer Yoder, 29, of 28670 CR 50, Nappanee, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. No bond.
- 1:47 p.m. Tuesday – Loren Laird, 34, of 314 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for burglary and theft. Bond: $5,000.
- 3:21 p.m. Tuesday – Andrew Martin, 30, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear.  $15,000.
- 9:45 p.m. Tuesday – Kenny Ferguson, 61, of 12021 N. Raggedy Ann Road, Cromwell, arrested for battery by means of a deadly weapon. Bond: $5,000.

Property Damage Accidents
- 12:14 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 900S and 1000W, Mentone. One vehicle struck a mailbox. Driver: Stephanie Decker, 28, West CR 900S, Claypool. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 7:12 a.m. Tuesday – 3660 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a concrete pole. Driver: George Fisk, EMS B 40 A Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 11:15 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Detroit Street and Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Randall Spear, 23, West CR 400N, Warsaw; Courtney Walters, 33, East Barrington Place, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

- 6:28  p.m. Tuesday – A person reported  intimidation in the 900 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.
- 11:15 a.m. Tuesday – A person reported theft in the 1400 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. WPD.[[In-content Ad]]
