- 12:52 p.m. Thursday - George William Coquillard, 47, of 407 W. Wildwood Drive, Syracuse, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $5,000.

- 1:58 p.m. Thursday - Carrie Ann McCuan, 32, of 8979 W. CR 1250S, Akron, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

- 2:53 p.m. Thursday - Virgil Roy Dorden, 43, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

- 7:44 p.m. Thursday - Toby Shane Alldaffer, 19, of 114 N. Union Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for dealing marijuana. Bond: $2,000.
