- 8:43 a.m. Monday – Jeremy King, 37, of 8280 U.S. 30E, Pierceton, arrested for residential entry and criminal mischief. Bond: $2,000.
- 10:11 a.m. Monday – Dustin Howell, 29, of 1901 Sandpiper Drive, Warsaw, arrested for violating probation. No bond set.
- 2:08 p.m. Monday – Damian Hoskins, 20, of 216 S. Bronson St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, resisting/fleeing law enforcement and failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 2:26 p.m. Monday – Ridley Brown, 32, of 1810 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $1,000.
- 3:08 p.m. Monday – Carl Mason, 41, Chicago, arrested for driving without a valid driver’s license. Bond: $1,000.
- 9:33 p.m. Monday – Charles Greer, 18, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
- 11:35 p.m. Monday – Denzil King, 27, of 201 S. Walnut St., Mentone, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.
Personal Injury Accidents
- 11:10 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of County Farm Road and CR 550S, Claypool. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Nancy Johnston, 21, West CR 800S, Claypool; Randall Gephart, 42, North Main Street, Claypool. Injuries: Gephart complained of head pain; Debbie Campbell, 37, P.O. Box 169, Claypool, a passenger in Gephart’s vehicle, complained of head pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 7:38 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Kinsey and Hoppus roads, Claypool. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: Amanda Gaerte, 35, West CR 1300S, Silver Lake. Injuries: Gaerte complained of hip and leg pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

- 5:38 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 19N and CR 1000N, Nappanee. One vehicle struck horses. Driver: Tim England, 45, East Jefferson Street, Mentone. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
- 4:05 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Winona and South Park avenues, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Tommy Hatfield, 60, Stratford Drive, Winona Lake; Holly Urshalitz, 54, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
