n 2:17 p.m. Tuesday - Gerald Dean Zartman, 58, of 309 E. Henry St., Milford, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 6:39 p.m. Tuesday - Shandy Nichole Granados, 25, of 1816 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft-shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 3:40 p.m. Tuesday - 3010 Frontage Road, Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Jean L. Conley, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Driver: Dorothy L. Rice, 76, Hickory Lane, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
