n 11:22 a.m. Thursday – Leslie Howard Bannister Jr., 31, of 2256 S. CR 775W, Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:36 p.m. Thursday – Todd Alan Kinch, 49, of 301 S. Washington St., Pierceton, arrested for possession of precursors. Bond: $2,000.
n 4:16 p.m. Thursday – Tyler Neil Richardson, 21, Peru, arrested for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. Bond: $300.

Pickett, 52, Goshen; Tyler M. McDowell, 22, East CR 450N, Leesburg. Injuries: McDowell suffered minor bleeding on his arm. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
