- 4:21 p.m. Tuesday - Dennis Ray Pickiry, 46, Middlebury, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

- 4:59 p.m. Tuesday - Harold Jefferson Chandler, 25, of 203 E. John St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

- 5:13 p.m. Tuesday - Justin Lee Whaley, 23, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set

- 7:56 p.m. Tuesday - Yvonne Margarite King, 18, of 636 E. Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $500.

- 11:50 p.m. Tuesday - Jaime Ann Benedict, 29, of 2716 Wayside Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $478.42.
