 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 5:17 p.m. Sunday – Mark Whitaker, 29, of 483 E. Lynnwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated with a minor in the vehicle. Bond: $2,000.
- 7:42 p.m. Sunday – Christian Corn, 21, New Paris, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $50,000.   
- 10:50 p.m. Sunday – Carlos Hernandez, 48, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $500.
- 2:54 a.m. Monday – Donald Trafan, 40, of 411 N. Dollan Drive, Syracuse, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement, public intoxication and criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
- 6:45 a.m. Monday – Marco Hernandez, 29, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for aggravated battery, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and driving while suspended. Bond: $2,000.
- 9:53 a.m. Monday – James Rodak, 28, of 406 W. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 10:47 a.m. Monday – Kenneth Borken, 53, of 30 EMS B5 A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while intoxicated and being a habitual felon. Bond: $5,000.
- 12 p.m. Monday – Shane Timmons, 25, of 602 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 1:18 p.m. Monday – Leonard Reese, 42, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.  
- 1:32 p.m. Monday – Dustin Bradley, 32, Goshen, arrested for obstructing justice. Bond: $10,000.  
- 4:28 p.m. Monday – Deborah Avery, 41, of 2091 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,000.
- 7:33 p.m. Monday – Ryan Kunish, 31, of 7572 E. CR 800N, North Webster, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $1,000.
- 9:27 p.m. Monday – Devin Brown, 20, of 405 S. Main St., Claypool arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:31 a.m. Tuesday – Ethan Jessie, 22, of 4547 E. Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, arrested for theft and unauthorized entry. Bond: $2,000.

Property Damage Accidents
-  3:49 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Market and Bronson streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Darlene Sparks, 58, East Keith Street, Pierceton; Britani Ogan, 19, Nye Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500.  WPD.
4:48 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Sheridan and Grant streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: William Arnett, 73, Wooster Road, Winona Lake; Teal Chastain, 27, Brubaker Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
