n 3:23 a.m. Tuesday - Gregory Allen Tidwell, 21, of 1815 Sue Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 7:38 p.m. Tuesday - Seth Lewis Cummins, 29, of 1468 E. CR 75 N. Warsaw, arrested for ephedrine restriction, possession of legends or precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,500.

n 8:20 p.m. Tuesday - Justin Clay Beaudin, 20, of 548 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
