n 3:23 a.m. Tuesday - Gregory Allen Tidwell, 21, of 1815 Sue Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 8:17 a.m. Tuesday - Tonya Louis Wright, 48, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
