- 10:18 a.m. Thursday – John Garrett, 22, of 930 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 1:14 p.m. Thursday – Robert Slone, 33, of 1296 Copeland St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $962.50,
- 1:37 p.m. Thursday – Scott Frost, 48, of 6298 W. CR 850S, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $20,000.

- 8:01 p.m. Thursday – Richard Hardwick 22, of 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for burglary. Bond: $2,000.
- 9:10 p.m. Thursday – Alicia Schmidt, 33, of 319 E. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $10,000.
- 12:01 a.m. Friday – Kenneth McKinney, 21, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.

- 2:28 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CR 300E and Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Thomas Mullis, 71, Huntington; Jon Unger, 61, Muncie. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff Department investigated.
- 4:12 p.m. Wednesday – 177 EMS W 17 Lane, North Webster. Driver: Cynthia Routh, 63, North Center Street, North Webster, struck a vehicle registered to Travis Mickem, 177 EMS W 17 Lane, North Webster. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 3:46 p.m. Thursday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Otavio  Filho, 34, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; Donald Miller, 61, Graceland Avenue, Claypool. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
