 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 11:26 a.m. Tuesday – Melanie Scott, 21, of 7696 E. Vawter Park Road, Syracuse, arrested for battery and conversion. Bond: $500.
- 11:47 a.m. Tuesday – Tiffany Anderson, 30, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $50,000.
- 12:52 p.m. Tuesday – Jared Clark, 23, of 3867 Ind. 15N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
- 2:53 p.m. Tuesday – Juan Martinez, 25, of 2701 Glad St., Warsaw, arrested for identity theft and forgery. Bond: 2,000.
- 5:12 p.m. Tuesday – Brandon Adkins, 27, of 2212 Highlander Drive, Warsaw, arrested for dealing methamphetamine and battery. Bond: $1,000,500.00.
- 7:37 p.m. Tuesday – Whitney Irwin, 22, of 2911 17 C Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 9:36 p.m. Tuesday – Tyler Jeckert, 21, of 207 N. Oak St., Syracuse, arrested on an outstanding warrant. No bond set.
- 11:08 p.m. Tuesday – Charles Borin, 48, of 5123 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation, resisting/fleeing law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Bond: $2,000.

Property Damage Accidents
- 7:55 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30W and Orthopedic Drive, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Brianna Marshall, 23, South State Street, South Whitley; Nicholas Porto, 19, Apple Valley, Minn.; Russ Raymer, 25, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 12:43 p.m. Tuesday – 2101 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Telesfor Garcia, 74, South Stonebridge Road, Warsaw; Rhonda Hardy, 49, North CR 520W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 2:45 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Dustin Staples, 19, South CR 925W, Larwill; Brandon Keele, 34, South Lake Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

- 5:54 p.m. Thursday – Kosciusko Community Hospital advised of a victim from a personal injury accident at the intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 350N, North Webster. Kosciusko County Sheriff’’s Department investigated.
- 1 a.m. Monday – A woman reported theft in the 200 block of Sandpoint Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
- 7:50 a.m. Monday – A man reported burglary in the 200 block of South Hand Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
- 5:24 p.m. Monday – A woman reported mischief in the 400 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
- 6:02 p.m. Monday – A man reported a theft in the 7100 block of North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. KCSD.
