- 1:27 a.m. Thursday - Andra Jo Weaver, 31, of 85 EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

- 10:01 a.m. Thursday - Beth Ann Bahney, 35, of 1413 Oriole Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

- 5:11 p.m. Thursday - Mark Devoe Walter, 41, of 4433 N. Maple Way, Leesburg, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.

- 6:16 p.m. Thursday - Mark Anthony Warren, 45, of 70711 CR 29, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 8:45 p.m. Thursday - Cynthia Marie Funderburk, 45, of 1101 E. Winona Ave., Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 11:23 p.m. Thursday - Jill Christina Hahn, 31, of 630 N. Harrison St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

- 11:41 p.m. Thursday - Heather Moggo, 36, of 201 E. Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse, arrested for an illegal drug lab. Bond: $5,000.

- 11:45 p.m. Thursday - Vicki Lynn Ninemire, 31, of 201 E. Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse, arrested for an illegal drug lab. Bond: $5,000.

- 12:15 a.m. today - Jeffrey Allen Sechrist, 52, of 507 N. Dolan St., Syracuse, arrested for an illegal drug lab. Bond: $5,000.
