- 8:06 a.m. Monday – Fernando Malagon, 20, of 1822 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.
- 11:17 a.m. Monday – Joni Espenscheid, 36, Peru, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 5 p.m. Monday – Nathan Carden, 23, of 401 W. Market St., Nappanee, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $750.
- 5:45 p.m. Monday – Marissa Kennedy, 19, of 200 Seminary Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 6:01 p.m. Monday – Daniel Copley, 20, of 5910 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.
- 7:40 p.m. Monday – Joshua Cone, 31, of 5633 N. Warsaw-Oswego Road, Warsaw, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond: $10,000.
Personal Injury Accidents
- 11:03 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Fox Farm Road and Southside Drive, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: Paul Weingart, 21, South Walnut Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Sara George, 18, Heron Boulevard, a passenger in Weingart’s vehicle, complained of leg pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 6:19 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 19S and CR 700S, Mentone. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: Joseph Manns, 33, North Washington Street, Bourbon. Injuries: Manns complained of pain to the head. Damage $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

- 8:18 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 500N and 400W, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a phone pedestal. Driver: Israel Perez, 40, North CR 400W, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 10:31 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 800E, Pierceton. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Austin Mitchell, 21, of 508 Jefferson St., Silver Lake; Jason Whitt, 39, Noblesville. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 10:34 a.m. Sunday – 2300 County Farm Road, Warsaw. Hit-skip collision. The license plate of the vehicle that fled the scene was recorded and the vehicle owner was later tracked down. Driver: Jerry McVicker, Indian Harbour Beach, Fla., struck a vehicle registered to Kenneth Locke, St. Mary’s Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 1:10 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of CRs 500N and 700E, North Webster. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Thomas Simpson, 42, North Sullivan Road, Leesburg; James Shelby, 72, Greenfield. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
- 10:20 a.m. Monday – 303 Argonne Road, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a concrete post. Driver: Matthew Winger, 56, South Line Street, South Whitley. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 12:09 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Center and Lincoln streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ellen Wolff, 55, West John Road, Warsaw; Michael Trueblood, 54, East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
- 1:52 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Hit-skip collision. A semi-tractor trailer struck a vehicle registered to Michael Goble, 20, South Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 TO $2,500. WPD.
