- 12:49 p.m. Saturday - Benny Douglas Fitzpatrick, 51, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 4:35 p.m. Sunday - Kathryn Marie Pena, 38, of 4399 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

- 10:42 p.m. Monday - Guy James Moore, 41, Fremont, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 3:20 p.m. Tuesday - Shane Allen Fuller, 18, of 413 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear.

- 11:29 p.m. Tuesday - Miriah Allison McCullough, 26, of 1825 Indian Trail, Warsaw, arrested for an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

- 9:53 p.m. Tuesday - Evelia Maria Vega, 53, of 410 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 11:09 p.m. Tuesday - Jerry Ray Smith, 44, of 478 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for interference with a police investigation and battery. Bond: $500.

- 12:25 a.m. today - Christopher Lee Mingrey, 25, of 9295 E. Bayside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.\

- 7:59 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 13S and CR 150N, Pierceton. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Aaron T. Gregory, 35, Kendallville; Donna S. Brett, 48, East CR 100N, Warsaw. Injury: Brett complained of neck pain. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 4:46 p.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30E, 785 feet west of Parker Street, Warsaw. SUV-two semi collision. Drivers: Brittany Mason, 20, East Center Street, Bourbon; Jeffrey Schroeder, 40, Grover Hills, Ohio; James Ardin, 55, Brooklyn, N.Y. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 1:45 p.m. Tuesday - Judy Darleen Schultz, Anchorage Road, Warsaw, reported being bit by a cat. WPD.

Divide And Conquer
Editor, Times-Union: It is glaringly obvious to anyone with functioning brain cells that today’s MAGA (formerly known as the Grand Old Party) has only one strategy to win the 2024 election: divide and conquer and pull the wool over the voting public’s eyes. Their playbook consists of misinformation, distortion of facts, projections, conspiracy theories and plain old bald-faced lies. If they cannot find damning evidence of lawlessness or evil deeds in their opponents’ resumes, they just make something up: Kamala’s intelligence or race, Tim’s real pet dog or his mysterious connection to China; Biden’s unwillingness to help America’s catastrophe victims.
